Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have valid class G Ontario Driver's Licence to travel within province.
• Basic CPR and First Aid Certification or ability to obtain within a reasonable time.
• Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 operational environment, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for IT and telecommunications services that support emergency health systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot systems to ensure reliability and availability.
• Deliver Tier 1–3 technical support with guidance from experienced team members.
