AGCO Corporation is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize computer vision models for real‑time operation on autonomous agricultural machines. You will own the ML lifecycle from data through deployment and collaborate with robotics and embedded teams to ensure robust, production‑ready solutions.

The role emphasizes building ML infrastructure for embedded systems, experimentation with real‑world and synthetic data, and delivering measurable impact in field conditions

Formación

• Strong fundamentals in machine learning and computer vision.
• 3+ years of experience developing, deploying, and optimizing ML models for CV and embedded systems.
• Experience with ML Ops practices and infrastructure development.
• Hands‑on with GPU‑based computing and embedded deployment (Jetson or similar). Proficiency with Docker and ROS2.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field, with collaborative mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy computer vision models for real‑time operation on autonomous agricultural machines.
• Own the full ML lifecycle: dataset design, collection, training, evaluation, optimization, and deployment.
• Build and enhance ML infrastructure for embedded systems, incl. validation and monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with robotics, embedded, perception, and systems teams to deploy ML solutions in production.
• Prototype and improve models using real‑world and synthetic data for robust detection and scene understanding.
