Job summary

La Vie en Rose in Canada is hiring an Email Marketing Specialist to drive growth and retention through strategic email campaigns. You will analyze performance, optimize campaigns, and coordinate cross-functional efforts with Content, Creative, Merchandising, and E-commerce teams to ensure relevance and impact.

You will lead automated journeys, conduct A/B tests, and leverage AI tools to improve personalization and customer experience, contributing to revenue growth in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in an email marketing role.
• Experience in the retail and/or fashion industry is an asset.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Adobe Campaign, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of Google Analytics or other performance measurement tools.
• Knowledge of Power BI (an asset).
• Bilingual French and English; external supplier communication.
• Availability outside regular business hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and manage La Vie en Rose’s email marketing campaigns to drive sales, retention, and customer experience.
• Plan, build, segment, and optimize email campaigns (newsletters, transactional emails, and automated journeys).
• Manage and evolve the email calendar in line with priorities and promotions.
• Collaborate with Content, Creative, Merchandising, and E-commerce teams to ensure consistent messaging and targeting.
• Partner with CRM and data teams to develop customer segments and personalization strategies.
• Coordinate briefs, production, and ensure quality control of all email deployments.
• Act as primary contact for email marketing projects and align stakeholders and timelines.
• Develop and analyze A/B tests to improve engagement and conversion.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Support automated customer journeys (welcome, retention, reactivation).
• Identify opportunities to improve content, segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
• Use AI tools to optimize content creation, segmentation, testing, and overall campaign performance.
