We are seeking a driven, passionate individual with energy to create impactful work. As an Email Marketing Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

1. Anticipating client needs and coordinating with the team
2. Managing campaign deployment tasks to ensure timely project completion
3. Managing project assets for successful execution
4. Building strong relationships with clients and team members
5. Setting up and executing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, following Munvo or client processes
6. Implementing processes, data strategies, and analytics within the team
7. Developing Business Requirements Documents related to data management, segmentation, decision trees, testing, and deployment criteria

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years experience with marketing automation software, email distribution, CRM, or direct marketing
• Experience in segmentation, data analytics, solution design, email deployment, and reporting
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in web, CRM, or digital advertising spaces
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and technical background
• Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Solution-oriented mindset and positive team attitude
• Knowledge of the Banking or Financial industry is a plus
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud certifications are assets
