We are looking for a unique individual with drive, passion, and energy to create something great. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will:

• Anticipate client needs and review them with the team
• Ensure timely campaign deployment and project tracking
• Manage project assets for successful execution
• Build strong relationships with clients and team members
• Handle campaign setup and execution in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, following Munvo or client processes
• Collaborate on processes, data strategy, data management, and analytics
• Develop Business Requirements Documents covering data management, segmentation, decision trees, testing, list generation, and deployment criteria

What you bring to the role:

• 1-3 years of experience with marketing automation software related to email, direct marketing, or CRM
• Experience in segmentation, data analytics, solution design, email deployment, testing, and reporting
• Proven success managing multiple web, CRM, or digital advertising projects
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and technical experience
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Solution-oriented mindset and positive team attitude
• Knowledge of Banking or Financial industries (preferred)
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud certifications are a plus
