We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our email and SMS marketing efforts. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in email marketing, digital marketing, and fashion retail. The successful candidate will work closely with the CRM Manager and various cross-functional teams to execute strategic marketing initiatives and drive engagement with our brand.

Some of What You'll Do:

• Assist the Email Marketing Specialist in monitoring and maintaining the Email and SMS marketing content calendar for ecommerce, stores, and outlets.
• Create engaging briefs for each email campaign to ensure alignment with the brand’s marketing and sales vision.
• Implement efficient customer segmentation strategies to optimize email targeting and support planned marketing initiatives.
• Develop tailored content based on current market trends and audience preferences.
• Collaborate closely with the Merchandising team to understand the Moose Knuckles product assortment and collections, informing marketing initiatives.
• Stay ahead of current trends and cultural moments to create timely and relevant content that resonates with our audience's lifestyle.
• Build and execute emails using the email marketing platform, ensuring alignment with the monthly content calendar.
• Coordinate across teams, including design, copy, and marketing, to bring email campaigns to life and highlight key products
• Develop proficiency in the email marketing platform and its functionalities to enable agile and efficient campaign execution.
• Proactively contribute suggestions for optimizing email content and processes.
• Demonstrate basic copywriting skills to provide support to the team when required.
• Monitor email performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to inform future campaign strategies.
