Qualifications

• Proven success in amateur or lower-tier professional golf tours.
• Demonstrated ability to compete at a high level with potential for professional tour success.
• Exceptional golf talent and a deep understanding of the game.
• Strong mental fortitude, discipline, and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Excellent sportsmanship and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Compete in scheduled professional golf tournaments, adhering to all tour regulations.
• Develop and execute rigorous training regimes to maintain and improve golf skills and physical fitness.
• Manage personal finances, including tournament earnings, sponsorship income, and travel expenses.
• Represent the brand positively through conduct, media interactions, and community engagement.
• Analyze course conditions and develop effective course management strategies for each tournament.
• Continuously work on all aspects of the game, including driving, approach shots, putting, and short game.
