Qualifications

You will work closely with talented junior and professional athletes, providing expert coaching, performance analysis, and strategic guidance to elevate their game and competitive results. Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver personalized tennis training plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of each high-performance player.
• Conduct on-court coaching sessions, focusing on stroke mechanics, strategy, footwork, and mental toughness.
• Analyze player performance using video analysis and statistical data to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Develop match-play strategies and provide in-match coaching during tournaments.
• Collaborate with strength and conditioning coaches, sports psychologists, and other support staff to ensure a holistic approach to athlete development.
• Monitor player progress, maintain detailed training records, and communicate regularly with players and their families.
