Qualifications

Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one.
CPR/AED certification is required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Effective time management and organizational abilities.
Basic computer and technology skills.
Eligibility to begin a higher tier/pay rate based on prior experience and a degree in the field.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain an active client base.
Manage and maintain an accurate schedule of client appointments and availability.
Market and sell personal training programs to members and clients.
Deliver fitness assessments, guided workouts, and personalized program design.
