Job summary

District School Board Ontario North East is seeking a candidate to fill an existing 1.0 FTE occasional teacher vacancy at ElkLake Public School. Start date as soon as possible to December 18, 2026 or until the absent teacher returns. Compensation follows the ETFO Occasional Teacher collective agreement, prorated by FTE.

Salary ranges from A0-A2 (54,016 - 100,146) and A3-A4 (67,397 - 120,363). AI screening may be used in initial stages, with final hiring decisions by DSB1 staff.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching in primary division classrooms (preferred).
• Familiarity with ULFI (preferred).
