Position: Intermediate Teacher - temporary

Assignment: Intermediate (Grades 4-5)

FTE: 1.0

Location: Barlow Creek Elementary School

Effective Dates: From April 28, 2025, until June 30, 2025, or earlier depending on the return of the incumbent

Basic Qualifications

The successful candidate will hold a valid BC Teaching Certificate, be a member in good standing with the BC Ministry of Education, Teacher Regulation Branch, and possess:

• Training specialization in Elementary Education at the intermediate level
• Recent successful teaching experience at the intermediate level

Additional qualifications are not required for this posting.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting annual salary ranges from $61,175 to $109,520, based on experience and qualifications, with a competitive benefits package and pension.
