The technician is responsible for providing technical support and services for the installation, configuration, repair, and development of electronic systems and telecommunications for our customers. He will travel to clients and sometimes work in our workshop located in Val-d'Or.

Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary channel of technical communication between the customer and Meglab.
2. Provide technical support and listen to the customer’s needs in order to propose appropriate solutions.
3. Install equipment necessary for proper system operation.
4. Perform assembly and repair of various systems.
5. Conduct Field Troubleshooting to find solutions to resolve problems and complete repairs.
6. Occasionally provide training to customers on equipment and systems.

Soft skills:

1. 1-3 years of experience.
