Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to support the maintenance of automated sorting processes at our Mississauga facility. You will shadow vendors during system installations and lead data-driven efficiency improvements across mechanical, electrical, and software components.

You will conductKeeps KPI analysis, develop maintenance plans, and work autonomously with strong leadership to adapt to changes and drive continuous improvement in a high-tech logistics

Qualifications

• 3-5 years relevant experience in electromechanics.
• Post-secondary diploma (College) as Electrical/Mechanical Technician.
• Embraces change and has a continuous improvement mindset.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly understand and identify issues and implement solutions.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work autonomously.
