Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly in Mississauga is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support automated sorting operations. You will shadow vendors during system installations and participate in ongoing data analysis to drive efficiency.

This role covers establishing preventive maintenance plans for the sorting process, performing mechanical, electrical and software maintenance as required, and analyzing KPIs to optimize performance. Strong problem-solving and autonomous work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma (College) as Electrical/Mechanical Technician.
• 3-5 years experience in electromechanics.
• Ability to lead and work autonomously.
• Continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Shadow vendors during system installations.
• Ongoing data analysis to ensure efficiency.
• Establish maintenance plan for automated sorting process.
