Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking an Estimator in Edmonton to review field service scopes and prepare pricing and delivery quotes. You will collaborate with Sales, Field Service Managers, Technicians and Engineering to ensure all work is captured accurately and quoted to customers.

Responsibilities include handling RFP/RFQ information, coordinating across teams, and tracking quote revisions. A 3+ year background in quotes/estimates and an electrical/EM perspective are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of quotes and estimates experience.
• Preference for Field Services experience.
• Preference for electrical/electro-mechanical education or experience.
• Must be organized, detail oriented with business acumen.
• Good spoken and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review RFP and RFQ information and compile quotes and estimates based on requirements.
• Work with Sales, Field Service Managers, Technicians and Engineering to ensure all work scope is in the quote.
• Prepare quotes for Electro-Mechanical jobs (Motors, Generators) and Power Management scopes (Breakers, Transformers, VFDs).
• Submit quotes to customers through emails and portals.
• Track quotes and quote revisions for reference and pipeline tracking.
• Follow up on submitted quotes and answer questions/clarifications requested.
