Job summary

Integrated Power Services is seeking an Estimator to review field service work scopes and provide pricing and delivery quotes to customers. You will collaborate with Sales, Field Service Managers, Technicians and Engineering to ensure all work scopes are captured in quotes.

The role emphasizes preparing quotes for electro-mechanical and power management projects, submitting via email/portals, and tracking revisions while supporting a strong customer experience and timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience creating quotes and estimates for customers
• Preference for those with electrical and/or electro-mechanical education/experience
• Must be organized, detail oriented and posses business acumen
• Good spoken and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Review Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Quote (RFQ) information and compile quotes and estimates based on requirements
• Work with Sales, Field Service Managers, Technicians and Engineering to ensure all work scope has been accounted for in the quote
• Prepare quotes for both Electro-Mechanical jobs (Motor, Generators), and Power Management scopes (Breakers, Transformers, VFDs, etc)
• Submit quotes to customers through emails and portals
• Track quotes and quote revisions for reference and pipeline tracking
• Follow up on submitted quotes and answer any questions/clarifications requested

The Estimator is responsible for reviewing field service work scopes and providing pricing and delivery quotes/estimates to customers, while working with internal stakeholders to ensure that all activities have been captured.

• Review Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Quote (RFQ) information and compile quotes and estimates based on requirements.
• Work with Sales, Field Service Managers, Technicians and Engineering to ensure all work scope has been accounted for in the quote.
• Prepare quotes for both Electro-Mechanical jobs (Motor, Generators), and Power Management scopes (Breakers, Transformers, VFDs, etc)
• Submit quotes to customers through emails and portals.
