Zusammenfassung

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking an Estimator to review field service work scopes and provide pricing and delivery quotes, coordinating with internal teams to ensure all activities are captured in the quote.

The role involves preparing quotes for Electro-Mechanical and Power Management projects, tracking revisions, and following up with customers to clarify details and close opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years’ experience creating quotes and estimates for customers.
• Preference for those with experience working with Field Services.
• Preference for those with electrical and/or electro-mechanical education/experience.
• Must be organized, detail oriented and possess business acumen.
• Good spoken and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Review RFPs/RFQs and compile quotes/estimates based on requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Field Service Managers, Technicians and Engineering to ensure all work scope is captured.
• Prepare quotes for Electro-Mechanical jobs (Motor, Generators) and Power Management scopes (Breakers, Transformers, VFDs).
• Submit quotes to customers via emails and portals.
• Track quotes and revisions for reference and pipeline tracking.
• Follow up on submitted quotes and answer questions or clarifications.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

The Estimator is responsible for reviewing field service work scopes and providing pricing and delivery quotes/estimates to customers, while working with internal stakeholders to ensure that all activities have been captured.

• Review Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Quote (RFQ) information and compile quotes and estimates based on requirements.
• Work with Sales, Field Service Managers, Technicians and Engineering to ensure all work scope has been accounted for in the quote.
• Prepare quotes for both Electro-Mechanical jobs (Motor, Generators), and Power Management scopes (Breakers, Transformers, VFDs, etc)
• Submit quotes to customers through emails and portals.
• Track quotes and quote revisions for reference and pipeline tracking.
• Follow up on submitted quotes and answer any questions/clarifications requested.
