Job summary

Haven Home in Kingston, Ontario, is seeking energetic Electrical Apprentices to perform onsite installation and maintenance in residential homes. You will work within a growing team, handling electrical, HVAC, and plumbing tasks as needed, while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role requires an Electrical Apprentice License, a valid driver’s license, and a clean criminal record, with a strong emphasis on safety and learning. Relocation and growth opportunities may be available.

What we are looking for:

We require energetic, motivated and career-minded Electrical Apprentices to be responsible for performing onsite installation and maintenance in residential homes.

• Electrical Apprentice License
• Familiarity with Residential and Generac Generator applications, HVAC and Plumbing (Asset)
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively individually and within a team environment
• Strong customer service skills and good communication skills
• An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can-do attitude
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
• Clear criminal record
• Be safety conscious and come with a willingness to learn.

What will you do:

We want our Electrical Apprentices to become masters of their trade and always give customers the red carpet treatment advising them on potential services or treatments that work for them.

• Help in the successful completion of residential electrical & HVAC projects
• Perform residential service & install work on Air Conditioners, Heat Pumps, and heating systems
• Contribute to departmental growth through project targets and new electrical initiatives
• Educate customers on the operation of their residential electrical infrastructure
• Complete general and specific Electrical inspections
• Promote Right Time products and services on every call
• Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need
• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
• Provide a five-star experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customers home
• Feel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers
• Contribute to our high standards of health and safety
