Job summary

Right Time Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking energetic Electricians to perform onsite installation and maintenance in residential homes. Join a growing team of service experts committed to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Candidates must hold Journeyperson Certification with FSR or Apprentice / Licensed 309A or 309C and a valid Master Electrician License, with experience in Generac generators, HVAC and plumbing.

Qualifications

• Journeyperson Certification with FSR or Apprentice / Licensed 309A or 309C with a valid Master Electrician License.
• Familiarity with Residential and Generac Generator applications, HVAC and Plumbing.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively individually and within a team environment.
• Strong customer service skills and good communication skills.
• An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can-do attitude.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record.
• Clear criminal record.
• Be safety conscious and come with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the successful completion of residential electrical & HVAC projects.
• Perform residential service & install work on Air Conditioners, Heat Pumps, and heating systems.
• Contribute to departmental growth through project targets and new electrical initiatives.
• Educate customers on the operation of their residential electrical infrastructure.
• Complete general and specific Electrical inspections.
• Promote Right Time products and services on every call.
• Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams.
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
• Provide a five-star experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customers home.
• Feel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers.
• Contribute to our high standards of health and safety.
• Effectively mentor apprentices so they become well rounded electricians.

What we are looking for:
