Job summary

Winland Foods, Inc. in Ontario is seeking a Maintenance Team Member/Electrician to install, maintain and repair electrical and instrumentation equipment across production areas. You will support control systems and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires C of Q certification and hands-on experience with Allen Bradley PLC, with a rotating day/night/afternoon shift schedule and occasional weekends. Competitive benefits provided.

  • Availability to work rotating shifts, including days, afternoons and nights with overtime.
  • C of Q – Industrial or Construction Electrician (309A or 442).
  • Allen Bradley PLC experience.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Problem solving and planning abilities.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and value teamwork.
  • Food manufacturing experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

Install, maintain, and repair electrical and instrumentation controls and equipment in the plant, processing and production departments. Also, maintain control systems to suit control strategies required for process/electrical equipment to perform.
