Job summary

Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical and instrumentation systems across production and utilities.

You will calibrate equipment, perform repairs, and ensure safety and efficiency in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate holds a C of Q – Industrial Electrician (309A/442), has hands-on Allen Bradley PLC experience, and is comfortable with rotating shifts and overtime.

Qualifications

  • Availability to work rotating shifts (days/nights/afternoons) with overtime.
  • Strong problem-solving and planning abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Install, calibrate and test electrical and instrumentation equipment to required standards.
  • Troubleshoot and repair controls, electrical components and systems in facility, utilities and production.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on electrical/instrumentation equipment.
  • Participate in ongoing training on new equipment and maintenance practices.
