Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Install and maintain wiring and lighting systems, troubleshoot electrical problems in suites
• Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, and electrical code specifications to determine wiring layouts
• Inspect, repair, and replace faulty electrical components
• Identify electrical problems using testing devices to ensure system safety and compatibility
• Repair or replace wiring or fixtures with hand and power tools

Requirements

• Valid journeyman electrician ticket
• 3-4 years of experience
• Experience in residential multi-family environments is an asset
• Knowledge of provincial safety codes
• Flexibility to work hours, on-call, weekends, and emergencies
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Own tools
• Ability to pass security clearance
