Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking an Electrical Reliability Studies Engineer to perform power-system RAM studies for generation, transmission, distribution, renewable energy, data centers and mission-critical facilities.
You will develop and validate technical models, conduct RAM analyses, identify risks, and recommend practical improvements to reliability, availability, and maintainability. The role requires travel within North America and strong communication across teams.

The Electrical Reliability Studies Engineer is responsible for performing power-system and Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) studies for power generation, transmission, distribution, renewable energy, data centers and mission-critical facilities. As a reliability studies engineer, you will develop and validate technical models, perform system-impact and RAM studies, identify operational and design risks, and recommend practical improvements to system availability, redundancy, resilience, and maintainability
The successful candidate shall demonstrate experience and technical knowledge in reliability analysis, equipment failure rates, availability calculations, and related methodologies gained through work with consulting engineering firms, developers, and/or utilities.
