Jacobs in Canada is seeking an Electrical Reliability Studies Engineer to perform power-system RAM studies for generation, transmission, and data centers. You will develop and validate models, identify risks, and recommend improvements to system availability, redundancy, and maintainability.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, 4+ years of experience, hands-on use of ETAP and RAM tools, knowledge of RAM metrics, and strong analytical and communication skills.

The Electrical Reliability Studies Engineer is responsible for performing power-system and Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) studies for power generation, transmission, distribution, renewable energy, data centers and mission-critical facilities. As a reliability studies engineer, you will develop and validate technical models, perform system-impact and RAM studies, identify operational and design risks, and recommend practical improvements to system availability, redundancy, resilience, and maintainability.
