Bird Construction is seeking an experienced QC Electrical Inspector to support the fabrication, assembly, testing and shipment of UPS systems and related electrical equipment for the Sherwood Data Centre Project.

The role reports to the Quality Manager/Director and focuses on implementing project quality requirements, performing inspections, verifying drawings and specifications, and maintaining quality records throughout manufacturing.

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years of electrical inspection/quality control experience.
• Familiarity with ITPs, drawings, standards and QC documentation.
• Experience with electrical equipment, cables, wiring and terminology.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, review and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and inspection checklists.
• Perform day-to-day electrical quality inspections during fabrication and assembly.
• Verify compliance with drawings, specifications, codes, standards and project requirements.
• Review material certificates, manufacturer documentation and quality records.
• Ensure inspection records, test reports and turnover documentation are complete and accurate.
• Support commissioning and turnover processes and perform final release inspections prior to shipment.
