No project hands-off minimizes overall development time & cost and maximizes quality control. Our areas of expertise are Site Acquisition, Architecture, Engineering & Design, Project & Construction Management, Installation & Maintenance, Product Sales & Distribution.

Purpose and Scope:

The Electrician is responsible for building, testing and maintaining AC and DC power systems in the telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures all required paperwork is submitted to complete jobs daily.
• Ensures safe transportation of personnel and material to and from remote job sites daily.
• Ensures all Federal, State and local laws are followed at all times.
• Ensures compliance with both company and customer policies at all times.
• Installs, troubleshoots and removes battery power systems, batteries, A panels, transformers, generators, alarms and various interconnect/transport equipment.
• Troubleshoots power plant, transformer and generator systems.
• Properly removes and installs various battery systems and basic preventative maintenance skills required in cellular sites.
• Performs preventative maintenance, as required.
• All other duties as required

Skills / Other:

• Basic time management and organizational skills required.
• Schedule flexibility, with work dependent upon need, regardless of time of day or day of week.
• Able to travel (locally).

Education/ Training:

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office Suite, required.
• California Electrical Certification a plus.
• Working knowledge and/or understanding of low voltage.
• Ability to comprehend a detailed scope of work (SOW).

Experience:

• 4 years ofexperience
• Generator experience in T-Mobile & AT&T generators
• Willing to be a team player
• Alarm experience
• Willing to travel out of town often

Compensation: $35-38/hr
