Confidently lead a team through the completion of a bid process under pressure while building strong relationships with sub-trades and manufacturing representatives.
Assemble accurate, timely, and well organized estimates from Order of Magnitude to tender documents, including hard-bid, construction management, and design-build in a methodical and systematic manner.
Review of sub-trade changes. Validate quantities, labour, productivities, scope, etc.
Maintain databases, including labour rates, material pricing and project costs, for future reference.
Review drawings and tender documents to understand scope of work and submission requirements.
Recognizes and identify risks related to project-specific requirements, site, schedule, and market conditions or constraints.
Coordinate scopes with Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, and Structural divisions/team members.
