A leading steel manufacturing company is seeking an Electrical Engineering Management Trainee for their G. Future program. This 18-month program focuses on developing future leaders through hands-on experience, classroom training, and mentorship. Ideal candidates will have a recent degree in Electrical Engineering, strong academic records, and leadership experience in extracurricular activities. The role requires travel across Canada and the US.

Qualifications

• Graduated within the past 3 years, maximum of 3 years work experience.
• Record of high academic achievement (Preferred GPA 3.0 or above).
• Legally authorized to work in Canada without requiring sponsorship.

Responsibilities

We are hiring one (1) Electrical Engineering Management Trainee, or “G. Future” in our Engineering/CAPEX department.

About You

• Currently holds or will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering by June 2025.
• Have or will have graduated within the past 3 years. Maximum of 3 years full-time work experience.
• Record of high academic achievement (Preferred GPA 3.0 or above).
• Well-rounded applicants with leadership roles in student organizations or extra-curricular activities.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without requiring current or future sponsorship.
• Able to travel to various locations within the US and Canada throughout the program.
