WSP in Canada is seeking an Electrical Engineer-in-Training to help design safer, smarter, and more resilient building systems across British Columbia and the Yukon. You will contribute to projects that span commercial, healthcare, education, transportation and light industrial sectors.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will develop electrical BIM models, prepare drawings and specifications, apply the BC Building Code and Canadian Electrical Code, and support project coordination

Our Electrical Engineering team in Vancouver, BC is shaping the next generation of buildings across British Columbia and the Yukon. As an Electrical Engineer‑in‑Training, you will help design safer, smarter, resilient spaces—places where people live, learn, heal, and thrive.
Your work will support projects in sectors such as commercial, healthcare, education, transportation, and light industrial, enabling you to grow your technical capabilities and contribute to meaningful, community‑impacting outcomes.
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $73,400 – $97,200
MB & ON: $67,000 – $92,200
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $66,300 – $88,000
