Proengconsulting in Ottawa is seeking an Intermediate Electrical Designer/Engineer to lead the design of electrical distribution, life safety, lighting and controls for building systems. You’ll own projects from scope to delivery and guide junior engineers.

A licensed P.Eng. with 4–10 years in building systems is required, along with autonomy, a figure-it-out mindset, and capability to act as a project manager. Proactive collaboration with architects and clients is essential.

Formación

• Licensed P.Eng. required and eligible to practice in Ontario.
• 4–10 years of experience with building electrical systems.
• Strong design and coordination skills with architects and engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead electrical distribution, life safety, lighting and controls design.
• Coordinate with architects and structural engineers to realize visions.
• Own projects from scope to delivery and mentor junior staff.
• Present proposals in client meetings and translate requirements into specs.
• Promote sustainable, lean engineering and efficient workflows.
