Job summary

E.B. Horsman & Son is seeking an Electrical Customer Service, Counter/Inside Sales representative to build positive relationships with customers and suppliers, generate quotations and process sales orders and returns for ongoing projects.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service and 1+ year in electrical/lighting industry experience; strong computer skills and a collaborative, organized approach are expected. Opportunities include growth and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of electrical/lighting industry experience and product knowledge is an asset.
• Wide range of expertise in the products and services provided by E.B. Horsman & Son is an asset.
• Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in MS Office & the ability to learn new software programs.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with customers and suppliers through accurate quotations, sales orders, and returns that align with sales targets.
• Work at the counter to assist and interact with customers and support Outside Sales.
• Provide excellent customer service, prevent potential issues, and monitor ongoing projects.
