Job summary

Nedco in Scarborough, ON, part of Rexel Canada Electrical, is seeking a Counter Sales Associate to directly service customers by phone and email, process orders and quotations, and drive high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will confirm stock, suggest alternatives, follow up on quotes, and assist with ecommerce inquiries; two years of counter sales in electrical is required, with AS400 knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of counter sales experience in electrical industry.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Electrical apprenticeship experience would be an advantage
• Team player with product knowledge in electrical business

Responsibilities

• Directly service customers via phone and email daily.
• Process orders, inquiries and quotations every day.
• Consistently achieve a high level of customer service.
• Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives as required.
• Make follow-up calls to customers on all quotations.
• Assist customers with any inquiries regarding ecommerce.
