Job summary

Nedco, a Rexel Canada Electrical Inc. division, is seeking a Counter/Inside Sales Representative based in Brampton.

You will handle order processing, offer pricing per margins, source additional products, and prepare small quotes for contracting jobs. You will service customers by phone and at the counter, maintain showroom, confirm stock, suggest alternatives, and handle receiving, shipping, and related duties.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal & written.
• Product knowledge of the electrical business is essential.
• Good organizational skills.
• Computer literacy – proficient with all Microsoft Office and familiar with the AS400.

Responsibilities

• Directly servicing the customer via phone & counter sales.
• Maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Confirming stock availability and suggesting alternatives.
• Putting away counter stock.
• Maintaining the showroom and counter shelves.
• Picking, receiving and shipping duties when required.
