Job summary

SolutionAir Limited, a Winnipeg manufacturer, is seeking an Electrical Assembler to join a fast-paced production cell. You will assemble electrical components, panels, and subassemblies according to engineering drawings and breakdowns, perform wiring and basic testing where required, and ensure accuracy with precision tools.

The role requires strong safety awareness, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to high-quality results.

Electrical Assembler

The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:

• Assemble electrical components, panels, and subassemblies in accordance with engineering drawings and breakdowns
• Perform electrical wiring and basic testing where required
• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure product accuracy
• Maintain quality standards and follow procedures outlined in the Manufacturing Guidelines
• Work efficiently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Follow health and safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Contribute to team productivity by supporting other tasks within the cell as needed

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• Good attendance record, strong safety awareness, and a collaborative attitude are essential
• Physically fit and capable of performing heavy lifting as part of daily tasks
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and breakdowns
• Strong ability to work independently with attention to detail and deadlines
• Commitment to producing high-quality products
• Familiarity with products and processes within this production cell is an asset
• Skilled in the use of precision measurement instruments
• Background in electrical wiring is a strong asset
