Graybar Canada in Oshawa, ON is seeking an Account Manager (Electrical) to aggressively develop new business and service existing customers, promoting Graybar's full product line. This role operates in a fast-paced wholesale electrical environment with no evening or weekend shifts.

The position emphasizes hunting for new accounts, meeting revenue targets, and collaborating with other Graybar sales specialists to deliver total Graybar solutions.

Qualifications

• Related diploma/degree in a technical or business discipline.
• Three years of relevant sales or industry experience.
• Must have a passion for sales and a “hunter” mentality when driving new business.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers in the territory and maintain relationships with current customers.
• Attain revenue targets per Business Plan and promote Graybar products.
• Prepare estimates, quotes, credit terms, warranties and delivery dates.
• Participate in training sessions, trade shows and sales meetings as required.
• Create and execute an Account Management Program to ensure coverage.
• Create a Core Supplier Plan to increase core sales through targeting and collaboration.
