We’re seeking an eLearning Content Creator to join Insight Canada’s Adoption & Change Management team and collaborate closely with our Modern Workplace specialists. You will build polished digital learning assets for a large-scale SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams migration using approved learning objectives, scripts, storyboards, content, and technical guidance provided by the project team. Working as part of a multidisciplinary delivery team, you will produce interactive eLearning modules, software demonstrations, screen recordings, videos, graphics, knowledge checks, and SCORM-compatible course packages. You will partner with the SharePoint & Microsoft Teams Trainer, Organizational Change Management Consultant, and technical subject matter experts to validate accuracy and incorporate review feedback. This role is focused on learning asset production and quality assurance rather than learning strategy, curriculum design, or ownership of instructional design.
