Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an EHS Specialist to support health, safety, and environmental programs at our Cambridge, Ontario site. You will partner with production and functions to ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Reporting to the EHS Manager, you will lead inspections, audits, incident investigations, training, data reporting, and documentation management to strengthen EHS performance and employee awareness.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting EHS management systems, audits, inspections, or compliance programs.
• Experience maintaining EHS documentation, records, databases, and audit-related materials.
• Experience participating in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of EHS programs, policies, procedures, and management systems.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with applicable health, safety, environmental, ISO, corporate, and internal audit requirements.
• Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments, and maintain associated documentation and records.
• Participate in incident, injury, and near‑miss investigations, including root cause analysis, corrective action development, and effectiveness verification.
• Maintain EHS management systems, compliance records, databases, and audit documentation.
• Collect, analyze, and report EHS performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience
