Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Lead to join the Data Center Facility Operations team on-site. You will develop and implement proven EHS programs, acting as a thought leader to keep all data center employees and partners safe while ensuring strict compliance with EHS standards.

You will deliver training, maintain records, and lead incident investigations while partnering with site teams and vendors to uphold EHS requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading EHS programs and safety initiatives.
• Experience in program development, management and execution.
• Strong record of incident investigations and mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and track health and safety training for onsite staff and contingent workers.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Direct contracted services and align with site teams on safety priorities.
• Partner with vendors to uphold EHS requirements on site.
• Develop site-based plans to implement global EHS standards and improve safety posture.
• Support incident investigations, root cause analyses and injury case management.
