Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a EHS Coordinator.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of Ontario Occupational, Health Safety and Environmental legislation and requirements for compliance. They should be adept with digital tools and capable of analyzing data, reporting out on metrics using tools like Microsoft Excel – including pivot tables and conditional formatting, and can quickly learn new digital tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for this role, along with the willingness to proactively approach employees to reinforce proper safety behaviours on the production floor. The candidate should also be able to multi-task and shift priorities as needed in a fast-paced environment.
