Job summary

Bravo Target Safety is seeking a General Manager for its EHS Consulting division, to lead a multi-site operation based in Calgary or Edmonton. You will own profitability, guide client engagements, and drive growth across industries while upholding safety and quality standards.

Reporting to the CEO, you will manage budgets, pricing standards, and performance metrics, develop leadership across four offices, and ensure regulatory and professional compliance across Canada.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience with P&L responsibility.
• Background in environmental health and safety or related field preferred.
• Experience leading multi-site organizations and developing growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own the division's P&L and financial performance.
• Develop and execute divisional sales and growth plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple offices.
