Responsibilities

Under minimal supervision, the Analyst will be responsible for designing, building, testing, training, and supporting the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. The role requires independent judgment and discretion in daily activities, complex design and analysis related to hospital operations, and mentorship to team members.

Qualifications

Required :

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Nursing, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Epic applications certification (e.g., Epic Ambulatory, Inpatient, Revenue Cycle); certifications must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
• At least 2 years of experience with Epic EHR implementation, configuration, and support.
• Proficiency in system configuration, customization, and optimization within Epic.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare IT applications.
• Experience in analysis, process design, workflow, installation, and support of EHR systems.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and take calls as needed.

Preferred :

• Experience in EMR implementations / support.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Prime Healthcare offers competitive pay and benefits, including paid time off, 401K, medical / dental / vision, tuition reimbursement, and more. The estimated annual compensation range is $68,640 - $124,800, depending on experience and qualifications.
