How You'll Make an Impact

  • Partner with managers and employees to address and resolve workplace issues.
  • Act as a consultant, coach, and facilitator to business leaders.
  • Oversee the implementation of HR processes, ensuring compliance with Group policies.
  • Support performance management activities, including reviews and training needs.
  • Collaborate with Talent Partners to maintain a healthy talent pipeline.
  • Drive and execute talent processes, including succession planning and diversity initiatives.
  • Assess and address employee engagement and morale.
  • Lead discussions with local collective bargaining groups.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
  • Proven track record in collective bargaining negotiations.
  • Experience leading teams and managing HR projects.
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems such as Workday, SAP, or Taleo.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Bilingual (French and English).
