Job Description

Job Summary: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will lead strategic HR initiatives to support the company's business objectives. This role requires working closely with senior management to drive organizational development initiatives, talent management, leadership development, and performance management processes. The HRBP will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture within a highly regulated, safety-conscious environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage OD programs that enhance organizational performance and leadership capabilities, tailored to the aerospace manufacturing environment, including compliance, process improvement, and lean manufacturing practices.
  • Implement & execute talent management programs that identify high-potential employees, create succession plans, and ensure a pipeline of skilled talent for critical roles. Oversee performance management processes, aligning employee goals with operational and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement leadership development programs to equip managers and supervisors with effective leadership skills and support leadership training in critical areas.
  • Manage employee relations to ensure a positive, productive, and compliant workplace through employee engagement, conflict resolution, and labor relations.
  • Use HR data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of development programs, track HR metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
  • Champion DEI initiatives, promoting an inclusive environment and integrating DEI strategies into HR processes.
Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field. CRHA or similar HR certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years in HR, focusing on organizational development in manufacturing environments.
