We are looking for an Associate Lawyer that delivers a strong and caring client focus and excellent legal skills to ensure the best outcomes for our clients. The Associate Lawyer will perform a wide variety of functions to support the Neinstein law firm such as drafting documents, providing support to a managing lawyer, attending discoveries, speaking with experts, trial preparation, conducting legal research and assisting counsel with file management. The ideal candidate will have some civil litigation or courtroom experience, experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, or mass torts litigation and strong legal research and writing skills.
