We are looking for an Associate Lawyer that delivers a strong and caring client focus and excellent legal skills to ensure the best outcomes for our clients. The Associate Lawyer will perform a wide variety of functions to support the Neinstein law firm such as drafting documents, providing support to a managing lawyer, attending discoveries, speaking with experts, trial preparation, conducting legal research and assisting counsel with file management. The ideal candidate will have some civil litigation or courtroom experience, experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, or mass torts litigation and strong legal research and writing skills. Assist the managing lawyer with advancing the litigation; Review and analyze medical records, cases, policies, and other records; Perform legal research; Prepare for and attend legal proceedings, including discovery, mediation and trial; Consult and communicate with medical experts; Prepare, write and argue legal documents and pleadings; Communication with clients and team members, and medical professionals; 2+ years of litigation experience preferred ~ Understanding of medical malpractice, personal injury, or mass torts law an asset ~ Strong legal research and writing skills ~ Willingness to learn from senior lawyers to meet our client needs ~ Sound planning, prioritization, and execution skills ~ Comprehensive Health & Dental Benefits – including mental health support and wellness coverage Tech-forward Practice – access to the legal tech tools and AI-powered systems Meaningful Work – opportunities to contribute to impactful cases and client advocacy Community Engagement – volunteer opportunities and support for charitable initiatives com with "Associate Lawyer - Linked In" in the subject line.
