Job Overview

Provide guidance on contract management documentation and retention policies. Develop, coordinate, and maintain contract renewals. Propose improvements to contracts with support from the legal team. Manage contract timelines and departmental responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain the contract repository.
  2. Recommend on contract documentation.
  3. Establish and oversee document retention policies, improving them through revision cycles.
  4. Monitor contract expiry and renewal requirements.
  5. Plan and execute contract renewal processes.
  6. Document payments, milestones, and obligations under contracts.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all project information is included in contracts.
  8. Liaise with Projects and Operations teams regarding milestones and obligations.
  9. Create change orders and directives, ensuring proper documentation.
  10. Review and edit contract amendments, teaming agreements, Statements of Work, and Change Orders, aligning with risk profiles.
  11. Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications

Seeking dynamic professionals with:

  1. Over 4 years of experience in contract-related roles supporting engineering or nuclear projects.
  2. Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating engineering and construction agreements.
  3. Strong written and oral communication skills, including legal drafting.
  4. Ability to deliver quality work within deadlines.
  5. Effective collaboration across various levels and responsibilities.
  6. Knowledge of contract management principles, project management, or consulting.
  7. Experience working with different Business Units and support functions.
