This role is a full-time, 6-month contract (potential to extend). The candidate must be based near the St. James Parish, Louisiana office and work onsite.

Our client has been a global leader in the mining industry, specializing in the mass production and distribution of agriculture and crop nutrition products since 2004. They offer a unique opportunity for an Operations Administrative Support role at their St. James Parish, Louisiana office.

Your new role

As an Operations Administrative Support, you will provide essential administrative assistance to front-line supervisors at operational facilities, focusing on maintenance and people management activities. Your responsibilities include data entry and management in SAP, Kronos, and Workday, coordinating maintenance work orders, and supporting new hire onboarding.

What you will need to succeed
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an industrial or similar environment
  • Knowledge of maintenance and planning work
  • Experience with SAP, Maximo, Kronos, and Workday
  • Strong listening and comprehension skills
  • Organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently
