Full Job Description

We are looking for an administrative assistant to support the Sherbrooke site teams. In this role, you will support the development of the organization. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Provide administrative support to your assigned teams and do various follow-ups; Coordinate and organize business travel and complete expense reports; Prepare the reception of new employees (access requests, computer equipment requests, transmit company culture, respond to various requests); Participate in meetings with other administrative assistants to share work methods; Administer and process various confidential information and documents; Prepare and process various purchase requisitions; Support departmental budget management.

YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: Training in administration, secretarial or related field with at least 2 years of experience; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite; Very good knowledge of French and English, both oral and written; Good decision-making and prioritization skills; Essential organizational and autonomous qualities; Good team spirit, resourcefulness, and ability to work under pressure; Discretion and professionalism.
