Summary
The Production Manager assumes accountability for leading a portion of an operation or a shift in the De Havilland Manufacturing asset cluster (as defined from time to time). The Production Manager has direct accountability for the production functions on a daily/weekly basis. The role acts as a direct liaison between employees/supervision and the Operations Manager. The primary responsibility is to ensure the execution of short-term objectives for the team.
