Job description

The Senior Financial Analyst, Business Finance will support Product, Operations, Sales, and Marketing leaders by partnering with their teams to understand key business drivers, analyze channel performance and forecasts, and develop strategies aligned with company goals. You will play a vital role in total company supply and fulfillment forecasting, collaborating closely with the Corporate FP&A team to translate business initiatives into revenue drivers.

Responsibilities

1. Build strong relationships with business partners and influence decisions through data analysis and understanding of the business
2. Model all aspects of supply and fulfillment, translating insights into forecasts
3. Establish the annual plan for Supply and Fulfillment KPIs
4. Partner with product teams to assess how product changes impact onboarding funnel performance
5. Collaborate with partnership teams to understand pipeline and drivers of partnership performance
6. Attend weekly business reviews and monitor supply and fulfillment performance to generate summaries for leadership
7. Provide variance analysis and identify drivers of deviations from plans

Must-Have Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, Business Finance, or Go-to-Market experience, including at least 4 years in forecasting
• Experience presenting to senior leaders and working with cross-functional teams
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills using G-Suite, SQL, and MS Office
• Ability to translate analytics into clear recommendations for stakeholders
• Proven cross-functional collaboration skills
• Understanding of marketing metrics and their impact on demand forecasts
• Excellent communication skills to influence change

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience in tech, marketplace, or public companies
• Support experience with marketing, sales, and analytics teams
• Experience working with sales organizations
• Ability to automate forecasts using Python, R, or other languages
