About the job

Twilio is seeking a G&A Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team. This highly visible role involves partnering with the People and Finance business teams to support budget management, forecasting, and analysis. The role will serve as a strategic business partner, influencing and driving process improvements across the scope of the teams.

Responsibilities

1. Partner with leadership to analyze complex business decisions and provide financial insights.
2. Lead strategic financial planning for the global People and Finance teams, including managing forecasts and tactical planning.
3. Collaborate with Sourcing and Accounting on purchase requisitions and orders, supporting review, approval, and month-end accruals.
4. Manage the OPEX budget and headcount for all teams within the organizations.
5. Own the quarter pacing process and communicate vendor spend variances.
6. Support ad hoc financial analyses as needed.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of finance experience, preferably in high-growth Tech or SaaS environments.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and expense pacing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex processes.
• Project management and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with FP&A systems like Anaplan, Oracle, Tableau.
• Understanding of GAAP accounting principles.
• Previous G&A support experience.

Location

This role is remote and based in Canada.

Travel

Occasional travel may be required for in-person meetings or projects.

Estimated Pay Range

• Based in British Columbia: $81,000 - $101,200 CAD
